She has conducted thousands of audits against GFSI-recognised standards (IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000), as well as ISO 22000 and HACCP (Codex) and private retailer and customer standards, in line with strict principles of independence and impartiality.

Her broader professional background includes international consulting and training activities for food industry organisations across multiple countries and regions, providing a strong understanding of diverse regulatory frameworks, market expectations and supply chain requirements, including the Greek market.
